We welcome dinner & lunch reservations up to 3 month in advance.
All tables are booked for 1.5 hours & held for 10 minutes only after the booking time. Our dress code is smart casual.
Please note we have a limited vegetarian menu and do not take drinks-only bookings due to limited availability.
Unfortunately, Kibako is not currently wheelchair accessible.
Any changes to your booking must be made 24 hours before your reservation time. You can do this through the buttons available on your booking confirmation email or by emailing us at info@hotstonelondon.com (24 hours before you booking time).
If changes are made/requested within 24 hours of your booking time, such as rescheduling, reducing the group size, or cancelling the booking, a fee of £50 per person will be charged regardless of the reason automatically by the system and won’t be refunded.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could let us know if you cannot honour your reservation for any reason by calling us at 020 7637 4198 or emailing at least 24 hours before your reservation time.
When you do not cancel your reservation, we are left with empty seats, which impacts our small seating restaurant and team. By cancelling in advance, you give us an opportunity to offer that seat to other guests on the waiting list.
